Mrs. Arduino's first graders earned a glow in the dark day for good behavior! They played glow in the dark sight word bingo and tic tac toe. Students also used the glow in the dark pens to write all day!! So fun!

The Friday before spring break, MJHS volleyball teams played the staff in a few friendly games! So fun!

On National Paraprofessional Appreciation Day, we want to thank our paraprofessionals for all that they do for our faculty, staff, and, most importantly, our students. We are so grateful to have some of the most amazing paraprofessionals in our schools!

The Mokena Educational Foundation presented the winners of the Springfield and Washington, DC scholarships with their awards this week. Congratulations!! 🎉

Field trip alert! At the Shedd Aquarium, 4th graders dissected Atlantic Longfin Squid to learn about body structures that squid have to help them move, eat & survive in the ocean. They also explored various exhibits at the aquarium. Dolphins, belugas & Lake Sturgeon, oh my!

Ms. Hentsch's homeroom learned about the Think, Plan, Write, Revise writing process by showing off their creative Play-Doh creations. Way to go, Rockets!
