Second graders are learning about characters in a story by reading a text and looking at illustrations. They are also learning to use details and evidence from a text to support their answers. Keep shining bright!



6th grade students are learning to recognize how a novel's plot unfolds in a series of episodes as well as identify how characters respond to events and change as a result. Keep up the great work!

Kindergarten students are working to become play experts as part of their ELA unit "Toys and Play". Today, students practiced speaking, listening, and language standards as they explored attributes of toys and used descriptive language to discuss the toys in small groups.
